Verify products one by one
Not every model is available in the same cuts. For each garment, check the versions offered and ask Owlin about relevant features instead of assuming an automatic size conversion.
Make the choice explicit
The shop can show gender or version options when the product provides them. Members should not have to decode a technical reference to understand what they are ordering.
Listen before finalising the range
Ask women in the club which garments are missing and arrange a fitting if possible. A short, well-chosen collection will be worn more often than a long list of unsuitable cuts.
Your checklist before starting
- Confirm available cuts by reference.
- Offer a fitting for close-fitting pieces.
- Label versions clearly in the sale.
