Design work begins after agreement and any advance payment specified in your quote. A fitting kit can be sent to help your riders choose their sizes.

Create your identity
Colours, sketches and vector logos give us a starting point. You work with Owlin to approve the design choices.
- 04 / APPROVE
Confirm everything before production
You approve the artwork proof — a 3D view of your kit’s design — and the order. The agreed payment after signing the order confirmation starts production.
- 05 / DELIVER
Time to ride
Indicative delivery is 6–8 weeks after invoicing. For later top-ups, reorders are available from 2 pieces per item.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Normally, allow at least 2 pieces per reference. If only one piece remains in a club sale, the club can add a piece to its stock or accept a 50% surcharge on the club price for that single piece. Accessories may have their own minimums, confirmed in the quote.
How much time should we allow?
Allow time for the brief, size fitting and approvals, then an indicative delivery time of 6–8 weeks after invoicing. Production starts once the required approvals and payment have been completed in line with your quote.
Does the club have to collect everyone’s sizes?
No. Each member enters their own items, sizes and quantities in the club’s dedicated online shop.
Can we try on the clothing before ordering?
Yes. A fitting kit can be sent with a €500 security deposit. You cover the shipping costs. Let’s plan this stage before collecting everyone’s sizes.
Can we order without being a club?
Yes. A group of friends, team, company or event: the project is built around your people and the way you ride. The range also includes triathlon and running clothing.

Quantities & small orders
Normally, allow 2 pieces per reference. For a project priced by quotation, the rate also depends on the total number of items and the conditions for each product.

For a quoted project above €5,000, each product, excluding accessories, can be ordered individually without a surcharge linked to the quantity per item. Below €5,000, allow at least 2 pieces per item; otherwise a 30% surcharge applies.
For textile products in a club sale managed through Owlin Custom, the minimum is 2 pieces per base reference, across all sizes and versions. If only one piece is ordered, the club can add a second piece to its own stock or accept a 50% surcharge on the club price for the single piece. The specific minimums for accessories still apply.
For exactly 30 items or €5,000, and for the way surcharges combine on a quoted project, your quote confirms the applicable rule.

You cover the fitting kit’s shipping costs.
Reorders from 2 pieces per item
A new member, a replacement garment or a mid-season need: group at least 2 pieces of the same reference, across sizes and versions, to reorder at the price of your original order.

Quote & payment
Your quote is free. Once it has been approved, an advance payment may be requested to start the design work. Payment after signing the order confirmation starts production.
Full payment or an advance payment: the arrangements are agreed for each project and set out in your quote. Owlin helps you collect and check members’ orders.
