Understand the price brackets
For a bespoke project, Owlin’s published terms list catalogue price plus 50% for 1–9 items, plus 30% for 10–29 items, and catalogue price above 30 items. The exact treatment of 30 items is confirmed in the quote. These volume brackets do not replace the base price of the chosen jersey or per-product rules.
Separate the club and rider budgets
Distinguish the club price, any club contribution and what each member pays. In an Owlin club sale, a lone item within a base product reference can attract a 50% surcharge on the club price; adding a useful second item to club stock may be preferable.
Request a usable quote
Tell Owlin how many members you expect, which garments interest you, estimated quantities, your target date and what logo files you have. This is enough to discuss a realistic selection and its conditions without presenting one misleading headline price.
Your checklist before starting
- Estimate quantities by product, not just by member count.
- Separate the club contribution from the member’s balance.
- Compare like-for-like garments and terms.
