Check the base product reference
The standard club-sale threshold is two items per base reference, combining sizes, genders and pad options. If there is only one, a 50% surcharge on the club price may apply. A second piece for club stock can be more useful.
Accessories have their own rules
Certain accessories require more units and may also have a minimum for each size. These thresholds are not applied to each rider’s basket: the club checks the sale total and can top up stock before confirming it.
Do not confuse first orders and reorders
A small initial bespoke project can be discussed under its own quoted conditions. This does not mean single-item reorders are always available: the stated reorder rule is two pieces per product.
Your checklist before starting
- Check the threshold of every selected product.
- Combine riders’ orders with club stock.
- Resolve shortages before sending the sale to Owlin.
