Keep the collection reproducible
Save the approved artwork, selected references, colourways and ordered sizes. If the design changes next season, decide whether the previous version should remain available or the entire collection should move forward.
Gather demand before asking
Ask newcomers for their sizes and identify which pieces they really need. Two jerseys of the same reference may be different sizes; accessories can have additional minimums.
Use club stock deliberately
A small stock of commonly requested sizes may help late joiners, but guessing can tie up the budget. Review previous orders and ask Owlin to confirm the current price, design availability and delivery arrangements.
Your checklist before starting
