Prepare the brief early
Gather logos, colours, product choices and the name of the person who can approve artwork. Time spent collecting sizes or resolving conflicting design feedback can affect the schedule as much as manufacturing.
Agree the milestones
Ask Owlin for a project-specific timetable. Any delivery estimate is indicative until the quote, artwork proof, quantities and payment terms have been confirmed. Make the club-shop closing date visible to members.
Protect an event deadline
Tell Owlin immediately if a race or launch date cannot move. Leave time for the club to review orders and complete minimums. A smaller first collection may be safer than a complicated range approved at the last minute.
Your checklist before starting
- Share the event date in the first enquiry.
- Name one person to approve the final artwork.
- Close the sale early enough for a final review.
