Inspect every placement
Check spelling, colours, logo legibility, scale and position on each side of the garment. Ask sponsors to approve the brand elements they own before the club signs off.
Compare all garments
Artwork that works on a jersey may not translate neatly to bib shorts or a jacket. Review every model and any sponsor-free or alternative-colour version.
Keep one approved version
Collect feedback through one named club contact. After final approval, avoid late comments in several channels: they make it unclear which version is to be manufactured.
