DESIGN & IDENTITY / OWLIN CUSTOM

Where should sponsor logos go on a cycling jersey?

A sponsored jersey must stay legible while riding, across garment sizes and on the other pieces in the collection.

01

Request usable artwork

Ask each partner for vector logo files and any brand rules. A screenshot or tiny JPEG may blur at print size and slow down preparation of the artwork proof.

02

Set a hierarchy

Decide which sponsors are most prominent and which positions are available: chest, back, sleeves or sides. Contrast against the fabric matters more than a logo’s apparent size on a monitor.

03

Plan variants early

If some riders need a sponsor-free version or another colour, define it before the sale opens. Each version should be easy to identify in the basket and on production documents.

Your checklist before starting

  • Obtain permission to use each logo.
  • Supply vector files whenever possible.
  • Approve placements on the final proof.
