When sizes arrive through separate messages, versions, quantities and corrections get lost. In the shop, every selection belongs to a numbered order that a member can recover and change while the sale remains open.
Validate efficiently
The manager checks club membership and, where members pay the club, whether payment has been received under the club’s terms. Multiple orders can be validated from the sale rather than opening every detail page.
Read the order in two ways
The order-by-person view helps answer member questions. The product-and-size view prepares the quote and production. Club stock joins the same sale, rather than living in a second spreadsheet.
