Cost an essentials basket with jersey and bib shorts, a mid-season basket with a gilet, and a complete kit. Members then see real choices rather than one daunting collection price.
Decide what the club funds
A club can contribute towards the sale according to its agreed rules. Show the club price and the amount due from each rider separately. Do not promise the same reduction on every garment before the quote is agreed.
Allow for final quantities
Count individual orders and club stock together. Some accessories have their own minimum quantities, sometimes by size. Check these before the sale is sent to Owlin, when the club still has the option to add useful stock.
