OWLIN CLUB ORDERS
This page describes the processing specific to Owlin Custom: project and price enquiries, club spaces, orders, documents, security and optional audience measurement.

Owl Sport uses the data needed for your project and order: contact details, billing and delivery addresses, garment and size choices, correspondence, documents and agreements. The club space also contains approvals and stock operations. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare and track orders, and keep access secure.
The Owlin team and your club’s authorised organisers have access to the information needed for their work. Infomaniak hosts the application and handles email delivery. Contact details and line items needed for a quote may be sent to Qonto at Owlin’s initiative. Production and distribution exports may contain the information needed to carry them out.
When a sale offers direct payment to Owlin, payment takes place on a secure Stripe page. Stripe receives the amount, the order email address and technical references to confirm payment. Bank details are entered with Stripe: Owlin Custom stores neither the card number nor its security code. Billing details are requested to identify the adult purchaser, independently of the profile of the clothing ordered.
Contact details and line items needed for an invoice or credit note may be sent to Qonto. Owlin Custom keeps the references, amounts and statuses needed for payment reconciliation, together with the relevant order version. Billing details and requests containing private links are encrypted in this register; encryption is not anonymisation. A confirmed payment does not, on its own, authorise production.
Measurement of page views and unique browsers remains disabled until you accept it. Accepting or refusing does not change your access to the site or your order. Your choice is stored for 180 days. You can change it using the privacy preferences at the bottom of the page or the buttons below.
After you agree, a random identifier specific to this browser is created, for no more than 390 days, without extending that period on each visit. Its expiry is checked during visits. The server stores a pseudonymised fingerprint, the page and the day to deduplicate browsers over the chosen period. This is not irreversibly anonymised data. It is not linked to accounts, orders or contact details and is not sent to a third-party analytics service.
Reports are aggregated: they show views, estimated unique browsers, source by category and device type. Two devices can count as two browsers. Orders and enquiries are counted separately, without a browsing identifier. Audience data more than 750 days old is purged during collection, when the traffic dashboard is viewed or during application maintenance; a private backup may temporarily retain a copy.
“Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals disable visit collection. Refusing or withdrawing your consent deletes the local identifier and prevents new collection; it does not re-identify or retroactively erase statistics already recorded.
A YouTube video loads only after you agree in its player. YouTube may then receive connection data and use its own trackers: see its privacy policy (French). Closing the player stops it loading in the page; it does not delete data already received by YouTube. Videos hosted by Owlin do not use YouTube.
Cookies support secure sign-in and form protection. Signed-in sessions are limited to 24 hours; administrator MFA trust can be selected for 30 days. The basket is stored in the tab, with a 24-hour expiry checked when it is resumed, without storing your contact details. Navigation filters may also be stored in the tab.
If you choose a language using the selector, the owlin_language cookie stores only “fr” or “en” for one year. It is used for your display preference, without a tracking identifier or links to your orders. You can change language at any time using the selector.
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, under the applicable conditions, by writing to contact@owlin.cc. You can withdraw consent to audience measurement above. Some order, invoicing and evidence data must be retained to meet applicable obligations and cannot be deleted immediately.
Private documents, histories and backups are not made public. Archiving a sale does not delete its data. To find out which retention periods apply to your file, or to exercise your rights, contact Owlin. You can also submit a complaint to the CNIL (French).
