Plan your custom clothing project.
Can we create a collection for a small group?
Yes. Normally, allow at least 2 pieces per reference; accessories may have a different minimum. Tell us your group size so we can prepare an appropriate quote.
Can our sponsors appear on the jersey and bib shorts?
Yes. Provide vector logos, their intended positions and the colours to follow, with the necessary permission to use them. A sketch can help explain the brief. You then approve the 3D artwork proof.
How do members choose their sizes?
A fitting kit can be sent before ordering, with a €500 security deposit and shipping costs covered by you. Each member then chooses their version, size and quantity in the shop.

Quantities & small orders
Normally, allow 2 pieces per reference. For a project priced by quotation, the rate also depends on the total number of items and the conditions for each product.

For a quoted project above €5,000, each product, excluding accessories, can be ordered individually without a surcharge linked to the quantity per item. Below €5,000, allow at least 2 pieces per item; otherwise a 30% surcharge applies.
For textile products in a club sale managed through Owlin Custom, the minimum is 2 pieces per base reference, across all sizes and versions. If only one piece is ordered, the club can add a second piece to its own stock or accept a 50% surcharge on the club price for the single piece. The specific minimums for accessories still apply.
For exactly 30 items or €5,000, and for the way surcharges combine on a quoted project, your quote confirms the applicable rule.

A sketch or colour references help us prepare the proposals. Vector logos and their intended positions are essential. You approve a 3D artwork proof before production.
Size-fitting kit
See the garments and try them on before choosing your sizes. A fitting kit can be sent on request.
Security deposit: €500.
You cover the fitting kit’s shipping costs.
Reorders from 2 pieces per item
A new member, a replacement garment or a mid-season need: group at least 2 pieces of the same reference, across sizes and versions, to reorder at the price of your original order.

Timings & delivery
Initial design proposals within 7 days. Then allow an indicative delivery time of 6–8 weeks after invoicing, once the agreed approvals and payment have been completed.
Published delivery charge: €50.
Tell us your target date at the first discussion so we can plan the schedule. Ask Owlin to confirm the delivery arrangements and charge for your destination in your quote.
Quote & payment
Your quote is free. Once it has been approved, an advance payment may be requested to start the design work. Payment after signing the order confirmation starts production.
Full payment or an advance payment: the arrangements are agreed for each project and set out in your quote. Owlin helps you collect and check members’ orders.
