Choose products actually offered in child sizes. Do not assume every adult model has a small enough size; adding an adult product in a child size must be confirmed for that sale.
Make family ordering simple
In the private club shop, a parent selects the needed products and sizes. Name variants clearly and show a closing date. The club manager can check that orders belong to the group.
Plan for growth without guessing
A fitting set is useful when sizes change quickly. Club stock can help reach minimums and welcome a new rider, but quantities should reflect likely demand rather than arbitrary extras.
